Spring’s Around the Corner Menu
Salad: Wilted Spinach with Crispy Pancetta Bacon, Cannellini Beans and Shrimp $
Tender young spinach leaves are topped with a tasty mixture of cannellini beans sautéed with bacon and shrimp then dressed with a light red wine vinaigrette. Topped with crispy pancetta.
Soup: Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese and Beer Soup $5
Known to keep the ice fisherman warm on the coldest of days, this creamy soup combines finely diced onions, carrots, celery and garlic with cheddar cheese and the not so secret ingredient, beer. Served with a cheddar cheese cornbread muffin.
Sandwich: The French Dip $5
There is reason why this sandwich is a classic. In our version, we layer thinly sliced prime rib of beef on a crusty piece of French baguette and drench with a sinful beef jus. Served with our own Uptown Cole slaw.
Pasta: Spaghetti with Mussels and Crème Fraiche $5
Fresh Prince Edward Island mussels are quickly steamed with white wine, parsley, shallots and garlic, finished with crème fraiche then quickly tossed with spaghetti. Garnished with grated Pecorino Romano cheese.
Entrée: Korean Grilled Pork Chop with Hibachi Fried Rice $5
Thick cut pork chops are marinated in Korean spices overnight then grilled to perfection. Served with hibachi style fried rice made fresh to order. Just like downtown!
